FOMO

The fear of missing out. This is a common fear. And fear motivates.

The path of peace and progress lies through choice of emotion. Is fear the right choice?

Fear is a high energy emotion. And feeling fear isn’t evidence of a character defect or undesirable weakness.

For me, the experience of fear has become an opportunity for questions as well as a source of motivational energy. I think Napoleon Hill was right. Emotional energy can be transformed, transferred, and transmuted for desirable and beneficial purposes.

And experiencing fear for a moment of contemplation needn’t dissipate the power of its energy.

The opportunity for awareness alone can add to that energy.

For example, did my belief choices create FOMO? Or is someone else attempting to incite FOMO in me for their own purposes?

Is the opportunity or circumstance really so fleeting that failure to immediately act will actually cause me to miss out?

Interesting questions; interesting choices. You might want help in learning to understand and transmute emotional energy. I’m here for you.
