Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver services in a way designed to leave our customers and clients better off. Unexpected subsequent conditions may occur which are not caused by, nor are a result of, us rendering agreed upon services. The mind, body, personal belief system, and emotions form a complex system which sometimes resists change, even positive change.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not offer you a full refund. Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of the site owner.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any service advertised as not qualifying for a refund.
  • Any subsequent condition occurring for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any refund request more than 30 days after service delivery.
  • Other situations where no fault or issue occurred.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
